We are committed to delivering exceptional service and value to our clients, ensuring their success in managing and engaging their workforce.Position Overview:The Area Vice President of Sales will be responsible for driving new business sales and expanding existing client relationships within the enterprise segment. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of SaaS sales, compensation management, and lifecycle solutions. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with the stamina to navigate the ebbs and flows of sales cycles, possess a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, and have a passion for delivering value to clients.Key Responsibilities:Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the enterprise market, specifically targeting organizations with 1,000+ employees.Become proficient in demonstrating the capabilities and value proposition of eachmodule of the HRsoft product suiteDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value prospects.Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.Present and demonstrate HRSoft's compensation management solutions to prospective clients.Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including contract negotiation and finalization.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within large enterprises.Understand clients' business needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions.Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership through regular follow-ups and support.Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation and campaign strategies.Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and insights from clients.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience in the SaaS industry, preferredProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Experience in compensation management, HR technology, or related fields is a plus.Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and enterprise sales strategies.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel to conduct virtual and face to face meetings, represent HRsoft at partnerand trade eventsExperience with Salesforce is preferredBenefits:Highly competitive commission structure 401(k) contribution$300 Thrive bucks Flexible time off At HRSoft, we are committed to providing fair and equal pay for all employees regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, or any other protected characteristic.
