HVAC Commercial Manager

Overview:Atlantic Refrigeration is searching for an HVAC Commercial Manager to supervise and support all building operators and HVAC field personnel who perform maintenance, diagnostic, and repairs, as well as office personnel to ensure customers are provided with superior quality service.What We Offer:Competitive salaryFull benefits package including health, vision, dental401(k) matchingPaid time off and holidaysWhat You'll Do: Oversee all maintenance and service work for of our commercial contract holders.Evaluate the accuracy of diagnostics while reviewing invoices to ensure appropriate billing.Monitor task completion through time tracking and provide technical support both in and out of the office.Develop and sustain ongoing monthly training while emphasizing safety in all aspects of work.Collaborate with various departments to ensure that each client enjoys a positive experience with the services rendered while assessing projections and growth opportunities.Maintain the relationship between Atlantic Refrigeration and each commercial customer by exceeding their expectations.Responsible for the commercial side of the P&L to help identify areas for improvement.This position also entails responsibilities related to hiring and, if necessary, terminating personnel and ensuring adherence to proper documentation protocols.What You'll Bring:5+ years of (management) experience preferred10+ years of working experience preferredAble to read and understand a P&L statementStrong and in-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systemsAbility to motivate, manage, and train a team of HVAC maintenance technicians, service technicians, and dispatchersAbility to create strategy and goals for team productivity and quality of workAbility to read, interpret, utilize and train on manuals, schematics and control circuits related to HVAC and refrigeration systemsKnowledge of state and local codesOutstanding customer service and sales skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with computers, phones, and other office equipmentAbility to multi-task and juggle multiple prioritiesDemonstrate attention to detailStrong organizational skillsAbility to maintain a positive attitude while under pressureStrong troubleshooting and conflict resolution skillsValid driver's license and insurable driving recordMay be required to pass a drug testWorking at Atlantic Refrigeration: Since 1962, Atlantic Refrigeration has prided itself on being the go-to company for all commercial and e-state home air conditioning and refrigeration.
