More information about our client will be given to qualified candidates later in the process.Reports to: Senior Vice President Sales Commercial North AmericaSalary: Base $220,000 + 30-40% Bonus + BenefitsThe Position This position is responsible for over $100MM sales direct to 4 Integrated Distributors put into brackets owned by the client company and to 20 Independent Distributors in the Western states using the two-step distribution process. This is a multi-faceted role that demands a blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on execution. The incumbent will play a critical role in setting the strategic direction, driving sales, managing key accounts, and leading a large- size team to achieve and exceed business objectives. In partnership with the NA Commercial leader and the other Regional General Managers, the incumbent will identify, negotiate and integrate new distributors into the distribution network. The brands sold in this Commercial segment are multi-million dollar brands.Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for a $100-$150MM P<he role demands 10 % annual sales growth (inorganic and organic)Candidate must have appetite for EBIT and drive for new products and solutions shaping and molding the go to market processProven track record in sales growth and strategic account managementAbility to inspire and develop a high-performing teamExcellent problem-solving abilities with a strong combination of strategic thinking and tactical implementation skillsDefine and execute a clear commercial strategy for the West Region, aligning with the overall North America strategy and global objectivesUse insights from market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy and product developmentEnsure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs through active management of the sales pipeline and key customer relationshipsOversee operational processes and systems to ensure efficiency and high-quality customer serviceDemonstrates working experience in both independent and direct business modelsQualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or comparable fieldAt least 7+ years of experience in a commercial leadership roleAbility to travel as required within the region, up to 70% of the timeStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsExceptional communication and presentation skillsSolid understanding of P&L management, financial reporting, and budgetingCandidate must be both strategically and operationally strongExperience with the value chain between manufacturer, distributors, and the end consumerMust have a focus on the execution portionExtensive West Coast business experience required
