They include high level communications strategy, thoughtful and impactful storytelling, CEO advisory services, media relations, crisis communications, and special projects.Based in Los Angeles, our small team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.Position Overview:We're seeking a driven and organized Account Manager & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the company founder, this role is a blend of client account management and operational support. The ideal candidate will bring energy, proactivity, and strong communication and organizational skills, thriving in a nimble, fast-paced environment and helping the internal TNNT team and clients achieve their goals.Key Responsibilities:Account Management:Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned client accounts, including maintaining consistent communication, keeping on top of all action items, and helping with scheduling and logistics. Develop relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to exceed their expectations and add value.Assist in the creation and execution of communications strategies, including drafting pitches, press releases, and other media materials.Coordinate and schedule media outreach, interviews, and events, leveraging any existing media relationships to benefit clients (bonus if experienced in tech and business media).Monitor and report on everything in the media about clients, their industry, and their competitors.Administrative Coordination:Support the company founder with day-to-day operations, including coordinating with external contractors such as TNNT's IT team and finance team as needed.Maintain media, podcast, broadcast and event lists, consistently keeping them up-to-date. Take detailed notes during client calls.Maintain organized project timelines, calendars, and deliverable trackers.Handle general administrative tasks, including light event planning or meeting coordination as needed.What We're Looking For:Proven ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-changing environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Collaborative team player who thrives on supporting and uplifting others.Energetic and resourceful, with a passion for the tech and media industries.Bonus: Existing relationships with business and tech media or experience in PR for these sectors.Requirements:Based in Los Angeles, CA, with availability to work in-office 3 days per week.Minimum 2-4 years of experience in account management, public relations, or a similar role (depending on qualifications and previous experience).
