You enjoy wearing multiple hats"”managing payroll cycles, benefits administration, and onboarding new hires"”all while being a reliable point of contact for employee questions. You're trusted with critical HR functions and collaborate closely with external HR partners to keep everything running smoothly. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional service, you'll be a key player in supporting both people and processes across the organization.Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; or 4 years' experience in lieu of a degreeMinimum of 3 - 5 years' experience as a Payroll and Benefits AdministratorExperience with large HRIS systems like Paycom, ADP, or UKGPast experience in rollout and implementation of HRIS systemsCertified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferredExperience processing payroll and administering benefits in PaycomExperience administering payroll and benefitsExperience in managing taxable fringe benefitsOther HR experience a plus!Customer-service orientedAbility to work with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiencesAdvanced experience in ExcelGood at making decisions? You've got itWhat You'll Do: You're the go-to person for payroll and benefits across multiple companies, working closely with leadership and HR partners. You handle bi-weekly payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding for new hires, ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in timekeeping, tax reporting, and employee data. Your focus is on providing great service to employees, answering payroll and benefits questions, and supporting financial processes as needed. Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player, you keep everything running smoothly while supporting the company's values and goals.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Overseeing all payroll and benefits for two, small - midsized companiesConducts new hire onboarding and benefits enrollmentProcesses bi-weekly payroll in PaycomManages employee data, changes, and updates in PaycomMaintains and administers employee benefits for companies, as a combined groupManages 401k contributions, distributions, and rolloversCoordinates with HR and employees to determine eligibility of LOAs, disability claims, and Worker's Comp requestsProvides general administrative and financial support to the organization and leaders
