We engage in partnerships that forge a bold path for a new model of healthcare - and our client's daring transformation.What's the Role?The Sales Analyst is responsible for driving lead generation efforts through sourcing, target customer identification, direct marketing campaigns, and outreach strategies. It involves establishing processes and systems to track and report on sourcing, contact, and relationship management activities, as well as initiating outbound sales efforts to advance prospects to senior team handoffs. Additionally, the role gathers market intelligence to inform product and service development while supporting the creation of effective marketing collateral to enhance business development success.What Are the Responsibilities?Sales Activities: Executing lead generation including, but not limited to sourcing, target customer and buyer identification, direct marketing campaigns, cold emailing and/or calling strategies efforts.Establishing the processes and systems required to tack and report on all sourcing, contact and relationship management efforts.Owning "top of funnel" sales activity; initiating dialogue via outbound efforts and advancing conversations from initial contact to warm handoff with senior team and subject matter experts.Capturing market information and intelligence and developing communication loop to internal stakeholders on how to frame, shape and develop service and product offerings.Drive and support collateral development that ensure success of sourcing and business development efforts. Analysis:Responsible for learning core functionality of HubSpot (independently).Develop and manage HubSpot functional redevelopment & maintenance.Responsible for sales activity tracking and reporting.Develop and report market assessments and future growth opportunities for business.Required Professional CompetenciesStrong written and verbal communication skills; person will be responsible for communicating directly with internal and external (prospects) senior leadership both virtually (email, remote conferencing) and in- personWillingness to go beyond [comfort- zone] and jump on new projects; work will be dynamic and extend across skillsetsConfident creativity with the ability to develop and articulate new ideas with internal and external stakeholdersHardworking & eager to learn; will have exceptional exposure to functional leaders in a lean and dynamic team Fluency with Word, Excel and PowerPointExcel- Minimally capable of taking data extracts and summarizing with formulas and / or pivot table functionsWord- Iterative and collaborate document draftingPowerPoint- Minimal sales presentation development / customization along with conversion to PDF.Self- starter who can breakdown problems, frame projects and execute independently with management & guidance only; examples will include:Improving / building core functionality for automation and reporting in HubSpot CRMRefining market-based customer outreach plans tailored to specific market segments or customer profilesHigh level of curiosity in business, healthcare, technology and entrepreneurship; This individual will have constant exposure to HNI senior leadership and will have the opportunity to engage directly with leaders in healthcare throughout the communities we supportQualifications for RoleOffice Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, AdobeHubSpot - Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management, ReportingDefinitive Healthcare - Market intelligenceEducation and/or ExperienceExperience in design, marketing communications, agency creative, or other B2B marketing role preferred, but not required.Prior experience working in / supporting healthcare companies is a plus, not required Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, AdobeExperience using HubSpot - Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management, Reporting preferred, but not required.Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/Veterans/Disability Employer committed to diversity
