Working alongside our customers to understand their design wants and budget needs; while working to exceed commission sales goals in a welcoming retail environment.Our New Concept StoreCombining our visual displays, online product catalogs, this new concept will provide a new, fresh approach to the furniture buying experience.Major Duties And ResponsibilitiesOpen and close Showroom according to Bobs Policy and Company expectationsOversee sales floor with goal of assuring highest level of service to customers, highest closing rate and maximum average saleEnsure continuous training, coaching and mentoring of Guest Experience teamExhibit an enthusiastic Showroom presence and conduct oneself according to Sales Floor Guidelines expectationsPractice "Management Involvement" consistently to assist the Guest Experience team in performing a high-caliber customer service and sales centric experiencePerforming Bob's Huddles and Drills with high enthusiasm, setting the stage for the days activities, creating a fun and learning filled environment.Coach to Bob's Mystery Shop Guidelines to meet Customer needs and Company expectations.Training, observing and ensuring Guest Experience team is following the Bob's 7 Steps of Selling to ensure every Bob's Customer has a consistent service centric experienceEngage in ongoing E- Learning and other training modules provided by Bob's to continue to educate and enhance product knowledgeActively build the Bob's Brand by asking Bob's Customers to rate our serviceEngage and complete the sales process and Customer centric service by ensuring that all required processes are completed accurately and timelyWork to ensure that Bob's Showroom is customer ready at all timesRequired QualificationsAbility to lead and manage peopleAbility to display analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skillsAbility to use sound judgment and practice sound decision makingAbility to actively listen, communicate effectively and utilize communication tools appropriatelyAbility to motivate self and othersProven ability to effectively manage one's own time and the time of othersProven ability to identify root cause and manage and improve processAbility to set clear goals and expectationsPreferred Qualifications3 years minimum successful supervising Customer Service environment3 years minimum Supervisor/Management experienceRetail and Sales leadership experienceExpected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:$23 - $28 per hour plus monthly bonus potentialIt is policy of Bob's Discount Furniture, Inc., to provide equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants for employment.
