Attollo provides competitive salary compensation, a generous insurance package, and 401K matching.Attollo is seeking to hire an experienced Facilities Manager who would perform and coordinate facilities upkeep, vendor coordination, permitting, and regulatory compliance. Role and ResponsibilitiesOversee general facility operations Oversee overall Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) of the facility(s)Manage and perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) on all key pieces of equipment Oversee and manage consumable and non-consumable supplies for labs and cleanroomCoordinate service vendors required for equipment repair and maintenance, consumable gases, HVAC, etc.Qualifications and Education RequirementsAt least 5-7 years of facilities managementPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with working in a cleanroom environmentFamiliarity working with various gases (LN2, Helium, etc)Familiarity with machine shop equipment, HVAC, electrical power requirementsAbility to create process and procedures Attention to detail with a focus on facility safety and areas of improvementComfortable working in a fast-paced environment Can work with undefined requirements to complete tasks with minimal supervisionAbility to lift 50lbs
