The Head of Learning and Development will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, managing learning initiatives, promoting employee engagement, and overseeing training activities on-site. The goal is to create an environment where everyone feels supported, empowered, and able to perform at their best. This role will help our teammates push through challenges, improve communication and performance, and find the right growth opportunities to succeed. It will also facilitate team-building exercises to improve collaboration and trust when opportunities are identified, help mediate conflicts helping teams resolve interpersonal issues, designing programs to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.
