The impact of our renewable powered water pumps has already saved over 20 Thousand Metric Tons of carbon from the environment, equivalent to planting 934,701 trees!Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Learning and Development at RPS Solar Pumps. The Head of Learning and Development will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, managing learning initiatives, promoting employee engagement, and overseeing training activities on-site. The goal is to create an environment where everyone feels supported, empowered, and able to perform at their best. This role will help our teammates push through challenges, improve communication and performance, and find the right growth opportunities to succeed. It will also facilitate team-building exercises to improve collaboration and trust when opportunities are identified, help mediate conflicts helping teams resolve interpersonal issues, designing programs to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.
