Human Resources ManagerOur client, a prestigious healthcare advisory firm located in downtown Boston, is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager to join their team! The individual in this role will support and partner with a team of HR professionals and be heavily involved in employee relations across the organization. If you are interested and meet the qualifications below, apply with your resume for more information!Compensation: $100-130K salary listed not guaranteed - potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.Applicants must be able to work onsite in Boston 3 days per week and pass a background check to be eligible for this position.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the team to establish metrics and best practices that support a strategic recruitment processSupport recruiting and onboarding efforts including sourcing, scheduling interviews, establishing New Hire Orientation processes, and coordinating onboarding events as neededCreate, update, and maintain accurate personnel records and human resources-related files including new hire paperwork, manager changes, promotions, and payroll changesAssist with administration of employee benefits plans including healthcare, life, disability, and other health and welfare benefits programsSupervise, manage, and direct a team of HR professionalsOversee the annual employee performance evaluation processProvide business support that ensures adherence to HR programs, initiatives, and best practicesRespond to sensitive issues and concerns raised by all levels of employees in a confidential, tactful, neutral mannerServe as an internal consultant to managers and employees providing advice on a range of organizational issuesAdhere to information security and privacy policies, procedures, standards, and guidelinesTrain and direct managers and employees on the implementation of HR policies and processes to ensure appropriate legal adherence to relevant federal and state laws related (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, I9/e-Verify, etc.) and company complianceQualifications:Bachelor's degree requiredSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, and SPHR certifications strongly preferred5-8+ years of well-rounded Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a management/leadership positionExperience and expertise should include payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and supervisor-manager interactionsFamiliarity with Massachusetts employment and union laws and Human Resources laws and regulations highly preferredAdvanced knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll, ATS, and ERP systems requiredStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookMust be an adept communicator with excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsAbility to tactfully navigate employee relations/performance management issuesAbility to maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalismOutstanding organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detailOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity & InclusionThe Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
