Commercial Litigation Paralegal

LHH is seeking a strong commercial litigation paralegal to work at a great firm in West Palm Beach.This role is hybrid: 2 days a week remote and 3 days onsite Duties: Prepare attorney's binders for hearingPreparing and managing trial exhibits (both pre-trial and during trial)Review and summarize deposition transcriptsProvide assistance and support to attorneys during trialsReview and manage electronic/hard copy documentsOn-site review of client and opposing party filesManaging large document productions, including the process of bates stamping, redacting documents, delivering documents through file transfer protocols, and other ESI related discovery issuesDrafting Complaints, Answers, routine Affirmative Defenses, preliminary drafts of answers to discovery requests, subpoenas, notices, and client correspondenceConduct legal research as neededetc. Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
