JOB TITLE: IT Systems AdministratorREPORTS TOIT Director DEPARTMENT: Information TechnologyOVERVIEWThe IT systems administrator is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and security of the company's technology tools and computer systems. Duties include assigning and maintaining user access, installing and maintaining software, responding to employee concerns relating to IT, troubleshooting IT issues, and writing policy documents and training materials for employees. Manages end user devices, network equipment, and other related IT infrastructure. Coordinates with company leadership to determine new technologies and enhancements for company's systems.RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain and troubleshoot both Windows and Mac Operating Systems to ensure optimal performanceAdminister Microsoft 365, including user admin, Active Directory, SharePoint, etc.Application administration and support including Slack, Dropbox, AdobeImplement and maintain Identity Access Management (IAM) & SSOEnsure security through access control, regular patching, backups and upgradesResearch and recommend new hardware and softwareEvaluates existing software applications & performs routine updates and modificationsCollaborate on the support and maintenance of ERP system integration, ensuring smooth workflows across systemsDevelop and maintain end-user documentation for software, systems, and IT support processesDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP's) in collaboration with IT Leadership and legalOther tasks/projects as necessaryREQUIREMENTSBA/BS degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration5+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions such as OKTA or Azure (Entra) federation3+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune 2+ years of hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager and Mac device management (e.g., Jamf).Solid knowledge of ERP software setup and maintenance, with preference for experience in SAP B1 or other small-business ERP solutionsStrong proficiency with SQL, Crystal Reports, and other database/reporting toolsExperience with Ecommerce solutions and system integrations preferredFamiliarity with Meraki network and MDM solutions is a plus.Resourceful and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills; able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsWork both independently and collaboratively, establishing effective working relationships with colleagues and external vendorsCertifications in Microsoft 365 Endpoint, Azure, and Jamf desiredA positive, can-do attitude Must be based in Los Angeles and in-office 2-3 days per week
