Surgical Sales Representative

We have an immediate opening for a Sales Representative with an international manufacturer of biologics and skin-substitute products. This role will be responsible for the sale of an innovative regenerative tissue product line into the operating room of hospitals.Compensation Profile:Base: $75,000-$90,0001st Year Total Comp: $180,000+ (uncapped commissions)Car Allowance: $600-$800Full Medical/Dental and 401KEssential Functions Sell and manage revenues consistent with company targetsWork with clients and patients as well as perform in service events and follow up appropriatelyReport sales and forecastsMaintain all information in company CRM systemSupport and help refine/develop go-to market strategyAdvise company regarding reimbursement issuesProvide product design inputFollow market developmentsAdvise the company on overall U.S. strategyRecommend new corporate processes where neededQualificationsBachelor's or Advanced Degree, preferably in the Business, Science, or Medical field5+ years in medical sales, preferably calling on vascular, plastics, orthopedic, trauma, and/or general surgeons in the operating roomProven experience and high achievement in sales
