Help Desk Consultant/Lead (Cleared Position)

This position is located in Columbia, MD.This role requires an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with a full-scope polygraph.ResponsibilitiesUnison consultants will:Help drive successful operation of Unison's Contracts product suite by delivering high-quality advisory and support services to government clientsEnsure assigned tasks are performed on a target, on time, and on budget, and that client personnel appreciate the value of the work performedUnderstand the client's business objectives and help clients achieve their goalsConsultants are continuously challenged through client projects and build skills towards a fulfilling career. Employees also enjoy an attractive and competitive benefits package.QualificationsOne or more years' experience supporting software solutions such as acquisition systems for government, preferredExperience in developing SQL queries, preferredExperience in testing, training, configuration management, and organizational change management, preferredExperience in functional implementation and/or maintenance of financial system interfaces, preferredSelf-starter, quick learner, and team playerExperience in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordBachelor's degree preferred
