Our client, a financial firm with an international presence and located in the Loop, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their Human Resources team and provide essential support. This position offers a valuable opportunity for individuals with 2+ years of HR and recruiting coordination experience with a drive to expand their skills and expertise. In this role, you will work closely with the Directors of Recruiting and HR, along with other HR team members, to enhance the firm's recruitment efforts while growing your own skillset. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and demonstrates exceptional communication skills.RESPONSIBILITIES:Act as a support team to fill gaps in HR functions, managing additional tasks like relocation and leave of absencesManage heavy scheduling tasks using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Assist campus recruiting efforts including scheduling and administrative supportPrepare and organize SWAG bags and other materials for eventsSupport miscellaneous HR and recruiting tasks as neededTake on additional responsibilities as opportunities ariseQUALIFICATIONS:Must have Recruiting Coordination experience in a professional settingCollege degree requiredMust have experience with an ATSStrong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks with a high sense of urgencyStrong communication skills - written and oral to communicate with all employees within the companyProactive work ethic with a focus on creative problem-solvingProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsTeam player and willingness to help with any tasks needed by HR and Campus RecruitingSCHEDULE: Hybrid, Hours 8AM-5PMCOMPENSATION:Up to $80,000, possibility for bonus and OT
