Senior Information Technology Manager

The Senior Manager - IT Ops & Security serves as the process owner of all assurance activities related to the availability, integrity and confidentiality of customer, business partner, employee, and business information in compliance with the organization's information security policies. A key element of the role is ensuring the organizations compliance with government defense contractor regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program, specifically focused for a Government Defense Contractor.Develop a program for working directly with the various business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes, with a focus on compliance.Develop and enhance an information security management framework, specifically around NIST 800-171, DFARS, and other government regulatory requirements.Work with department leaders to implement consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems, and services.Provide leadership to the organization's information security posture, including business continuity, disaster recovery, and programs governing processes.Assist with the overall business technology planning, providing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systemsManage a group of 3rd party service providers to ensure service delivery is aligned with all of the above.Requirements:Degree in business administration or a technology-related field required. Professional security management certificationMinimum of eight to 12 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security and IT jobsKnowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrityInnovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teamsExperience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services.Experience with Public Government Cloud Computing and SaaS environments.Willing to travel (including internationally)
