We can analyze performance from Digital Advertising to the Dealership Experience, all the way to the Sale!Key Responsibilities & HighlightsCollaborate with an energetic team of analysts at one of the Top Places to Work in metro DetroitWorking directly with a large automotive OEM and Shift Digital account team leadershipDirect contact and day to day support for Stellantis Analytics teamIn the office at least one to two days per week sitting with the Stellantis account team. Additional in office days to support client visits. be supported when client plans to be in.Capture client requests and ensure timely delivery of solutionsJoins and participates in all meetings to understand Stellantis client challenges/questions and provide recommendationsAnalyze reports and data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to improve performanceRespond to client questions and requests promptly and effectively, without direct guidance from the account director or other team membersPresent reports and presentations to clients, engaging in one-on-one conversations to address questions and provide insightsProactively identify opportunities for improvement in digital marketing, sales, and conversion performance, and make recommendations accordinglyUtilize expertise in PowerBI to analyze data and create actionable reports that drive informed decision-makingResponsible for prioritizing reporting deliverables to Pooja and Emily and QAing work product for accuracyHave direct access to all data sets available to the advanced analytics team, and independently create and execute reports using this dataDesired Skills and Experience7+ years of experience in an Analytics capacity desiredExperience with digital advertising metrics and optimization recommendationsimpressions, cost per click, cost per conversionExperience with an eye on improving performance is also welcome! Tell us about analysis you've done that's lead to improvements in previous rolesAbility to analyze complex/large datasets and distill findings into a compelling and concise story.Excellent communication and presentation skills are expectedSelf-motivated individual with a curious mindsetMust have an advanced user understanding of Microsoft PowerBI Excel & PowerPoint.Statistical modellingSQL query writingExperience in Automotive vertical a plus, but not requiredEOE
