This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of client transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial operations and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to support our financial objectives. What You Will Do:Process client transactions accurately and expeditiously Monitor transaction workflows, identifying areas of improvementCollaborate with finops, client services, and finance to troubleshoot transaction issues and ensure a seamless client experienceCapable of handling high volume workload as well as managing multiple requests/issues from clients and in house teamResponsible for adhering to internal guidelines Contribute to ad hoc projects, providing insights based on transaction dataWhat We Want:3+ years of related work experienceAlternative investments experience is a plusAbility to take initiative in ad hoc projects when requiredExperience in processing client transactions Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related fieldAttention to detail and accuracyWe're a small-sized team that's growing fast, so everyone who joins iTrustCapital has a direct impact on the direction and success of the company.
