PAID SEARCH STRATEGISTSALARY: $85-95KThe RoleAs a Search Strategist, you will manage strategy, planning and execution of all paid search campaigns for clients that meet fall in line with their business and media goals. You will have search engine marketing experience, including pay-per-click and optimization.Essential Functions:Assist with the strategy development and recommendations for paid search campaignsManage campaigns across multiple search platforms, including Google & Bing/Yahoo, and other performance media networksDevelop campaigns with in-depth keyword research, ad copy, bid management and quality assurance testingResponsible for campaign set-up, launches, and reportingUtilize bid management tools to effectively achieve the highest ROI across the major search engines as well as contextual marketingOwn budget management and pacingConduct daily account optimizations and performance analysis against campaign goalsProvide recommendations to improve strategies, tactics, visibility, CTR, and increase conversionsImplement test initiatives such as landing page A/B testing, multivariate testing, offer testing and conduct postmortem campaign analysis, findings and next stepsTime efficient management of client deliverables and the production of weekly/monthly reportingDiscipline Specific SkillsĀ· Minimum of 3 years of experience with search engine marketing & optimization managing budgets of $25K or more monthlyGoogle AdWords Certified requiredExperience with recommending & implementing SEM strategy (building campaigns in platform)Expert with Google AdWords, Bing adCenter & third-party tracking (DoubleClick, Marin, Kenshoo)Experience using Google Analytics metrics to help optimize SEM campaignsAdvanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience in e-commerce clients is a plusExceptional written, verbal and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees and attention to detail and follow-through skillsQualification RequirementsBachelor's degree is preferredProficient in PowerPoint, Excel, WordGoogle AdWords certifications a plus
