The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with leadership skills to optimize our supply chain operations and maintain optimal inventory levels across all channels.Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of three planners, establishing best practices and standardized processes for demand planning and inventory managementDevelop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across multiple sales channels using advanced analytical methods and market intelligenceCreate and implement inventory optimization strategies to reduce stock-outs and overstock situations while maximizing cash flowCollaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align demand planning with business objectivesManage and optimize inventory levels across various platforms (direct-to-consumer, marketplaces, retail partners)Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and inventory turn metricsPresent analysis and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-makingEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for demand planning effectivenessMust Have Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field5+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably in e-commerce or retail environmentsExpert level proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLookup, macros, statistical analysis)Proficient in ERP systems and demand planning software (e.g., Slim Stock, NetStock, or similar)Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teamsStrong understanding of Amazon(FBA, AWD), Walmart, and Target warehousing and supply management systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approachExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience in e-commerce operations and inventory managementPreferred Skills:Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace operationsKnowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar business intelligence toolsSix Sigma or other process improvement certificationsExperience with international supply chain operationsTo Be Successful:Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentAbility to work independently while fostering strong team collaborationStrong project management skills and attention to detailExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesProactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindsetWhy Go Bare?Competitive Salary and Benefits PackagesOpportunity to work with a dedicated Team Passionate about Sustainable LivingRoom for Professional Growth and Advancement within the CompanyComprehensive health insurance, 401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysJoin our talented and motivated team and help shape the future of Bare Home.
