We're growing fast, but we've maintained a close-knit team with low turnover and a drive to excel.What You'll Be DoingYou'll manage key operational functions with ownership and autonomy in this role. You'll be responsible for:Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new caregiversManaging payroll and billing, ensuring accuracy and timelinessScheduling caregivers and maintaining smooth client care operationsGuiding clients through their onboarding processEnsuring compliance with regulations and handling office management tasksThis position gives you the freedom to make decisions, solve problems, and keep everything running smoothly. Home care experience or experience scheduling in an adjacent field, such as hospice or healthcare, is also desired.Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.Compassionate and Empathetic: A heart for your community and a desire to provide valuable services.
