Sr. Product/UX Designer

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Product Designer (UX/UI) with a solid product design background and a passion for solving complex workflows. You will work closely with customers, product managers, and developers to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces. Your problem-solving skills and ability to craft seamless workflows will play a critical role in delivering high-impact solutions for our customers. This role required to be in the office 3 days a week. Key Responsibilities:User-Centered Design: Collaborate with customers, product teams, and stakeholders to understand user needs and design workflows that solve complex workforce management challenges.End-to-End Design:Own the design process from ideation to delivery, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.Customer Collaboration:Engage directly with customers to gather insights, validate designs, and refine workflows based on real-world feedback.Complex Workflow Design:Create elegant and efficient solutions for intricate, multi-step processes within workforce management systems.Cross-functional collaboration:Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented effectively and align with business goals.Qualifications:Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on solving complex problems and designing intuitive workflows.Portfolio:A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills, complex workflow designs, and the creation of user-friendly products.Skills:Expertise in UX/UI design tools such as, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.Ability to prototype and test designs. Problem-Solving:Proven ability to analyze and solve complex problems with a focus on user experience and functionality.Customer Engagement:Comfortable conducting user interviews, usability testing, and presenting designs to stakeholders.Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively share ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.Nice-to-Have:Experience in workforce management or similar enterprise solutions.Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with engineering teams.
