Wholesale Sales Assistant - Fashion Brand

Our client, a well-known fashion brand, is seeking a Wholesale Sales Assistant to support their team temporarily in New York! This role is full-time hours.Responsibilities:Manage movement of all samples including but not limited to: e-commerce/ad shoots, market, and trunk showsPartner with external accounts on e-commerce/ad shoots ensuring all information is provided prior to launch datesAssist in market appointments with wholesale accountsCreate line sheets and review order entryCreate merchandising guides post market to distribute to storesWork cross functionally with other departments such as PR, Fashion Office, and Retail for business needsUpdate weekly style selling to distribute to teamSupport special events and fashion weekAttend local store visits with sales or VM teams when neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field.1+ year wholesale/ showroom/ market experience required, luxury brand experience a plus.Strong focus on building client relationships and customer service.Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.Proficient in computer systems including Excel, PowerPoint, Joor, Fashion GPS.Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.Please submit your resume for consideration!You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
