Executive Assistant to Co-Founders

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to directly partner with Dwight Funding's two co-founders, helping them manage competing priorities and optimize their time through meticulous organization and support. This role blends high-touch executive duties with personal assistant and office management responsibilities. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone with a Type-A personality and high-EQ, who flourishes in fast-paced environments and embraces complex challenges.Responsibilities Include:Managing executives' inboxes, calendars, meetings, and daily workflowTaking meeting notes and managing follow-up itemsDrafting and preparing business materials as neededManaging travel arrangements and logistics (business and personal)Assisting with personal tasks and errands as neededManaging vendor relationships and office equipmentSupporting basic administrative and bookkeeping tasksOrganizing team-wide events and meetingsQualifications:Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar roleDemonstrated track record of long-term commitment to previous positionsProficiency in G-Suite, Box, Slack, Salesforce, Asana or similar cloud-based project management and communication toolsExceptional organizational and time management skillsExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading skillsWarm, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skillsDirect and efficient communication styleHigh level of discretion and trustworthinessDecisive decision-making capabilitiesCalm and composed under pressureCompensation:The starting base salary for this position will range from $90,000 - $120,000.
