Wholesale Sample Assistant - Luxury Fashion

Our client, a famous luxury fashion brand, is seeking a WholesaleSample Assistant to join their New York team on a temp basis. This role is 30-40 hours per week, based on business needs.Responsibilities:Coordinate samples for all wholesale PDP shoot needsCoordinate order and copy form review between Marketing and Sales teamsCompile links for all partner image needs: PDP & editorialEnsure implementation of wholesale copy and imagery changesMaintain the editorial image trackerEnsure new images go live at the beginning of the season and old images from the prior season are removed on a quarterly basisAct as a conduit between the Marketing & Sales teams to ensure that styles featured in ad campaigns are on track for launch on partner sitesFlag issues to Marketing team if they ariseComplete digital audit of price changes across partner sitesReview markdowns on-site and call out as requiredOther projects to support the wholesale team as neededQualifications:1+ years of relevant fashion experience - background in wholesale and retail sales required.Proficiency in Excel - an Excel test is part of the interview process.
