Group President & CEO

The Plymouth Rock Assurance Companies are seeking a Group President for its Direct-to-Consumer business; one of three business units. The Group President and CEO of our Direct-to Consumer business will lead the Company's efforts to become a significant player for direct business in the Northeast United States. In this role, the Group President and CEO will be responsible for achieving a particularly ambitious agenda. This position is ideal for an experienced insurance executive with deep expertise in the Direct-to-Consumer business and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.The Candidate will:Be a dynamic operating executive with a great sense of balance for the strategic and the tactical; Have at least 10 years' experience in the insurance or financial services industry, preferably in the Direct-to-Consumer businessHave the ability to motivate and manage a talented and thoughtful team of senior executives across all business functionsBe a data-driven decision makerBe by nature entrepreneurial, open to new ideas, with a demonstrated track record of taking appropriate risksBe a strong leader who exacts the most from direct as well as indirect reportsHave superior communication skills, a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal abilitiesHave respect for others; To be demanding and respectful at the same time is a requirement of Plymouth Rock's cultureAbout the CompanyPlymouth Rock is leading northeast auto and home insurance provider.
