We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee equipment reliability, lead a high-performing team, and play a critical role in the success of the facility. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving manufacturing operation and grow your career.In this role, you will:Supervise and manage daily maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.Develop and implement maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.Lead and train the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and high performance.Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols.Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies to ensure readiness for repairs.Collaborate with production and quality teams to address equipment-related challenges effectively.Support the installation, upgrade, and modification of equipment to meet production demands.Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and safety compliance.Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.Qualifications Summary:Education/ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance preferred.3+ years of experience in maintenance, ideally within manufacturing or food production. Supervisory experience is a strong advantage.Technical SkillsExpertise in mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting systems.Knowledge of PLCs, HVAC, refrigeration, and industrial systems is a plus.Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and safety compliance standards.Industry KnowledgeUnderstanding of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.Experience in food manufacturing environments is a must.SkillsStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and team management skills.Proficiency with maintenance software is desirable.Interested?
