Financial Planning Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join our clients team! This role is on a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications, such as Vareto.Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
