This role verges from a true developer into a Technical Advisor role where you'd be required to lead technical development of an innovative group developing web based applications (.NET / React). He/She will be responsible for execution of planned feature development, technical design and architecture and providing ideation around solutions that drive results. Someone who can understand the business needs and turn them into technical requirements. This candidate should demonstrate a thorough understanding of requirement specification, design, coding, testing and support of information systems and should have previous experience working with off-shore development projects. Demonstrates an understanding of the changing business needs for the line-of-business supported and the impact these changes have on their service area. Advises clients on business problems, formulates options including assessing their relative merits and risks and works with clients to determine the best solution
