The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring project quality and safety standards are met.QualificationsConstruction Management, Project Management, and Leadership skillsKnowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processesExperience in scheduling, budgeting, and cost controlExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentRelevant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related fieldPrevious experience in the construction industry
