Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager that will report to the site operations leader and act as an advisor and strategic partner on all things HR. Candidate will be responsible for two manufacturing facilities.ResponsibilitiesLead and direct plant HR activitiesServe as a strategic business partnerEnsure the execution of key plant HR initiatives and processes to drive continuous improvement in all areas of HRGuide employee relations strategiesLead recruitment efforts for plant growthTrack and analyze HR metricsAdvise and counsel managers and staff on HR/employee issuesUnderstand and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, rules, regulations, and statues governing HR processes.Understand and apply lean manufacturing concepts to HR systems and problem-solvingSupport community activities and location grants/donations.QualificationsBachelor's degree7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a manufacturing organizationPrevious experience leading high-level transformation or organizational change initiativesSHRM or HRCI certification preferredKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies desired
