Join the team that powers MEPPI's growth! As the Sales Operations Specialist for PSG, you'll be the cornerstone of sales efficiency and success. Your role will be critical in developing and optimizing order and revenue projections, enhancing sales processes, and empowering the PSG Sales team with cutting-edge tools, training, and CRM management. You'll work behind the scenes to streamline operations and help drive exceptional sales performance across all divisions.What You Will Do:Lead CRM Strategy & Implementation: Drive the adoption and management of the CRM tool to maximize sales opportunities, forecast accuracy, and customer engagement.Empower Sales Team with Resources: Develop and maintain sales toolkits, materials, and training programs that enhance the capabilities and effectiveness of the PSG Sales team.Streamline Sales Processes: Optimize sales processes by configuring the CRM tool, measuring effectiveness, and ensuring the team follows structured, efficient workflows.Enhance Lead Generation & Tracking: Coordinate the distribution of leads to the sales team and support data collection and analysis to improve lead conversion rates.Support Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with sales leadership to generate and maintain accurate sales forecasts, helping guide the team to meet revenue targets.Analyze & Report on Sales Performance: Create insightful reports that track PSG's sales performance, highlighting areas for improvement and providing actionable insights.Support Internal & External Events: Assist in organizing internal sales meetings and annual representative training sessions, as well as supporting MEPPI's participation in trade shows and industry events.Provide Administrative Support: Offer administrative assistance to the Vice President of PSG and help streamline internal processes for the sales organization.What You Will Bring:Sales Operations Expertise: Strong background in sales operations, particularly within capital goods or services, with the ability to optimize processes and systems that improve overall sales effectiveness.CRM Proficiency: Advanced skills in Salesforce or similar CRM tools to enhance sales performance, manage opportunities, and track forecasts.Data-Driven Approach: Analytical skills to support data collection, sales reporting, and performance tracking, providing the sales team with actionable insights.Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, external customers, and stakeholders effectively.Training & Development Leadership: Ability to design and implement training programs that equip sales staff with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the electric utility industry and sales operations, enabling you to make informed recommendations and contribute to overall sales strategy.Tech-Savviness & Problem Solving: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with an ability to adapt quickly to new tools and solve problems proactively.What's in It for You?Comprehensive Health CoverageWe've got you covered!
