Title: Contracts Specialist Location: New York, New York - (Hybrid) 4 days in officeSalary: $85K-$100K Growing Boutique Brand Partnership Agency Seeks a Contracts Specialist to join their team!Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day drafting, revising & presenting all things project contracts.Responsible for contract edits, development of templates and management of existing contract documents & agreements.Manage contracts from initiation through closure, including amendments, red lines, extensions etc.Serve as liaison between leadership, sales, clients, legal & attorney partners for editing & contact oversightServe as key administrative support person for contract processing & reviewsSupport sales & leadership teams as neededSpecial projects as neededSkills & Expectations:Bachelor's degree required2+ Years of partnerships / branding & licensing contracts or similar legal admin experience.Strong understanding of contact law, negotiation skills & the ability to interpret & explain contract terms.Excellent written & verbal communication skills.Exposure to MyMediaBox or similar licensing software a plus
