Proactive, self-motivated individuals will find a good fit here.Our work includes projects in aviation, healthcare, municipal facilities, airports, K12 and higher education facilities, hotels, parks, roadway, restaurants, office tenant finish, retail tenant finish, churches as well as core and shell design.Job Requirements:Bachelors Degree Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering required3+ years of experience in design of HVAC systems for commercial and industrial constructionKnowledge of IBC and other building codes, as well as LEED/sustainability design requirementsThe candidate must have knowledge of HVAC systems and load calculations, Energy Code, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, ASHRAE standards and Building codesDesign experience for VAV systems, central plants for commercial, institutional, governmental, and healthcare facilities.Plumbing and or Fire Protection system design knowledge is a plusQualifications:AutoCAD and/or Revit drafting experience Specific experience in commercial building design Experience with Trane Trace, Carrier HAP or other energy modeling software Passed FE Exam is preferred
