Legal Recruiter

Our client a law practice in Boston is seeking a Legal recruiter to join their team! This role requires experience recruiting attorneys and on campus recruiting. Responsibilities:Oversee various aspects of specific searches including work with practice groups to identify needs, liaise with headhunters on an ongoing basis re: hiring needs, review/screen candidates, schedule first and second round interviews, coordinate with recruiters, offer/no offer, onboarding processHandle various aspects of incoming Associate program Assist with clerk hiring process Assist with firm-wide attorney referral process Coordinate outreach and on-campus recruiting logistics; build and maintain relationships with school career services Maintain, update and analyze statistics for on-campus recruiting (OCI) season Complete industry surveys Maintain communication with candidates in pipeline Coordinate various firm events Requirements:Previous experience recruiting attorneysExperience managing on campus recruiting and interviewing
