Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Reverse Mortgage Production Support Specialist at Traditional Mortgage Acceptance Corporation. The Production Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations within the production team, and supporting front office functions. File gathering and submission to underwriting in accordance with company and program guidelines, policies and procedures. Clear loan conditions for final approval to submit to closing. Position responsibilities may include, but not be limited to the following: Job Duties· Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.· Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.· Maintain and update filing, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.· Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.Loan setup for submissions received from Retail and Partner Originators Scanning and uploading file documentation into LOS and/or Document Management systemSupport the mortgage loan processing team to ensure all loan conditions are met prior to closingMaintain up-to-date knowledge of lending guidelines and regulationsOther duties and/or mortgage or company related tasks as assigned by management Ensure confidentiality of client files and borrower private informationThe employee shall work well under pressure, meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines and shall, at all times, demonstrate professional behavior with colleagues and supervisors Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service and communication skills are a must CompetenciesAt least 1 years' experience as a Mortgage AssistantExcellent customer service skillsProficient with Microsoft SuiteDemonstrate working knowledge of federal and state guidelines, rules and regulationsMust possess exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and time management skillsAbility to identify and solve problems and challenges with strong attention to detail
