Newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply!Associates will report directly to an assigned Senior Associate and are supported substantively and administratively by a large team of paralegals and support staff.Essential functions of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:Managing a docket of cases to resolutionConducting depositionsNegotiating settlements and moving matters towards resolutionProviding direction and guidance to non-attorneys as neededBringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by exampleSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseComfortable with fast-paced work environmentsDoctors' deposition experience (preferred)Excellent writing and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailCandidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar BenefitsOur law firm offers eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance coverage.
