VP Specialty Deposits, Title and EscrowIrvine, CA 92618SALARY RANGE: $119,000 - $214,000; Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and locationPOSITION SUMMARY: Vice President in Specialty Deposits banking focuses on managing and growing specialized deposit accounts and services within a financial institutionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain relationships with high-value clients and specialized industriesProvide tailored banking solutions to meet the unique needs of specialty deposit clientsBusiness Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within niche marketsCollaborate with other departments to cross-sell banking products and servicesOperational Oversight:Ensure efficient and compliant processing of specialty deposit accountsOversee the implementation of new deposit products and servicesRegularly attend industry functions and volunteer time and effort to support various regional and national associations as they relate to their industryMaintains a thorough knowledge of Banc policies, procedures, and servicesParticipate in and implement business development programs for Banc products using various techniques including calls to existing customers to maintain and expand banking relationships, and calls to prospective clients to develop new businessProvide superior customer service by answering inquiries and directing customers to the proper department(s) for further Banc servicesEffectively interview and profile customers in order to recommend appropriate banking products and servicesLiaison between the new accounts/operations functions and client for Banc transitionOther duties as assignedStrategic Planning:Develop and execute strategies to grow the specialty deposits portfolioMonitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edgeRisk Management:Identify and mitigate risks associated with specialty deposit accountsEnsure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policiesCOMPETENCIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following.Achievement Focus - Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles.
