Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 /yearProject Location: Biloxi, MSJob Type: Full-TimePROJECT MANAGER - CM (MULTIPLE POSITIONS) - MAJOR HEALTHCARE GOVERNMENT PROGRAMSWe are seeking motivated Project Managers/Construction Managers (PM/CM) with a degree in Electrical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering, and Structural Engineering to join our team on a VA Construction Program, in Biloxi, MS. The candidates will act as a Design and Construction Manager reporting to a Program Manager as well as collaborate and assist VA client staff to provide data, and generate reports, as a representative for the client on major healthcare construction projects.Available Positions1 CM-Electrical Engineer1 CM-Mechanical Engineer1 CM-Structural EngineerResponsibilitiesPM/CM will be a part of a team of professionals and act as the Owner's Representative role on these programs from design through construction and closeout. The PM/CM will be required to learn and integrate our company's best practices related to project delivery, budget, schedule, quality, and operations in the healthcare environment. PM/CM will act as an advisor/liaison with the client (user groups, design team, contractors, and facility engineering representatives). The CM services will be used to support traditional Design-Bid-Build and Design/Build contracts. A summary of the major tasks is below:Design Phasei. Schedulingii. Planningiii. Value Engineeringiv.
