ProTech Services Group is searching for an Office & Accounting Manager for an established Memphis-based commercial electrician company. This individual will work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.The Office & Accounting Manager will manage both financial and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. This role requires handling financial records, processing invoices, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing office staff, and performing various administrative duties to support the management team.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day financial operations and record-keepingProcess invoices, payments, and expense reportsPrepare monthly financial statements and reportsEntering Billing on 3rd party sites (Ariba, Corrigo, Avetta)Payroll Tax deposits and entriesStartup Project Documentation for new projects (pre-quals)Annual reports for all the companies for each state they are registeredComplete Annual reports for all the companies for each state they are registeredAssist with ISN Safety AuditsPerform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flowSupport the management team with various administrative tasksAssist in the preparation of budgets and forecastsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roleProven experience in administrative rolesStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulationsFamiliar with 940, 941 and 1120 IRS reports and entriesExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesConstruction Background would be preferredJob Power EfficientFamiliar with pulling construction permitsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
