Data Center Utilities Vendor Management & Strategic Sourcing a Must About the Role The Strategic Sourcing Leader will play a crucial role in managing utility relationships, permitting processes, and infrastructure development for our client's data center campuses. This position offers the unique opportunity to be involved in projects from ground-up development to completion.ResponsibilitiesManage utility relationships and coordinate power delivery to data center facilitiesOversee permit acquisition and building compliance processesCollaborate with Development team on land-related mattersInterface with utility providers and local authoritiesContribute to strategic infrastructure planning and developmentQualifications5+ years' experience in data center utilities management.Demonstrated experience in both electric and gas utilities.Strong understanding of the data center industry.Technical proficiency and excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Experience in utility permitting and compliance.Background in electrical systems preferred.Preferred SkillsSelf-starter with proven problem-solving abilitiesComfortable in a fast-paced startup environmentStrong networking capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and projectsAdaptable and willing to take initiativePay range and compensation package Competitive base salary.
