Our client, a tech startup based in NYC, is seeking a temp to perm Office Manager to join their team ASAP. Rate: $25-30/hourOffice policy: Onsite full-timeJob DescriptionManages the daily operations of the officeMake sure office space is clean and prepped for teams arrival to office:make/grind coffee throughout the dayrefill snacks throughout the daykeep fridge cleaned out and stockedempty/run dishwasher (as needed)Manage inventory Keep supplies stocked and order new items as necessaryAnticipate needs of the team and order supplies accordingly Keep storage areas organized and set upManage package and food deliveryManage ad hoc team requests, emergencies, and issues that ariseCommunication with building management companyCoordinate vendors and building management visits and inform the teamManage communication/invoices with vendors BreakawayOne off vendors (Taskrabbit, Feather, etc)Various ad hoc projects Creating spreadsheets from meetings and workshopsInstalling techManage purchases and subscription paymentsSend invoices and payment confirmations to accounting departmentWrite office procedures (i.e. how to's) and keep team updated on anything new/changesWork on building office culture Events (Happy Hours, celebrations, large offsite meeting, etc)Lunch and learnsPolls to collect ideas from team OnboardingCreate profiles and manage laptop inventoryKeep profiles up to date Push updates to profiles when available Manage issues and updates to Blueprints as necessaryIT/TechMake sure all devices/hardware are working properly and to full capabilityInstall and provision(as needed) new hardwareManage Google device licenses Purchase new devices, hardware, and adapters as neededResearch and update tech hardware as requested/neededResearch and implement new softwares to maximize efficiencyTroubleshoot and solve basic computer/app issuesLiaise with technicians for larger IT issues/updates
