Job PurposeThe Head of Membership is responsible for overseeing the development, acquisition, and retention of Harbour Club members. This role drives membership growth, ensures a high standard of member experience, and significantly contributes to the overall success of the club. The Head of Membership will work closely with the team to meet quarterly membership targets, build and nurture a vibrant member community, and ensure the membership experience reflects all that Harbour Club strives to be.Main ResponsibilitiesGrow membership in-line with quarterly goalsMake strategic decisions and adjustments throughout the year to help achieve the overall membership budgetDrive membership growth by leveraging extensive personal networks within the Miami market Partner with the team to ensure engaging member programmingEnsure all administrative processes for membership applications and renewals are handled efficiently and accuratelyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless member journey from application to onboardingActively engage in networking and outreach to build relationships with influential local figures, tastemakers, and thought leadersEnhance brand awareness through strategic local partnerships and community engagementBe present within the club to give tours, engage with members and keep the team informed on all things related to membershipWork with the sales and marketing team to drive partnerships and programmingExperience RequiredExtensive Miami network A minimum of 5 years sales experience Demonstrated expertise in driving and retaining membership and/or sales into a similar businessData-driven approach to membership management, with the ability to interpret and act on key metricsPassion for creativity, community building, and hospitality
