Fire Protection Service Manager

REGIONAL SERVICE MANAGERPOSITION SUMMARY: The Fire Protection Service Manager is responsible for overseeing service operations for a company's fire protection systems division. This includes managing technicians, scheduling, quality control, and maintaining strong customer relationships. LOCATION: Pawtucket, RISALARY: $80,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience)BENEFITS:401KProfit SharingDisability and Life Insurance PackagesPTO & Holiday PayCar PackageAnnual Target Bonus goal up to 25%KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage a team of service technicians who inspect, test, maintain and repair fire alarm, sprinkler and suppression systemsSchedule service calls and preventative maintenance visits for customersEnsure service work is completed correctly, on time, and to customer satisfactionOversee quality control processes and documentation for service reportsRespond to and resolve customer complaintsMaintain inventory of service truck stock and equipment for techniciansHire, train, and develop skilled service techniciansAchieve service revenue and profitability targets for the service departmentCultivate and grow customer relationships through excellent serviceCollaborate with sales teams on system installations and retrofitsREQUIREMENTS:3-5 years management experience in fire protectionBachelor's degree in business management (preferred)Fire Licensing (alarm, electrical, or sprinkler) preferredExperience managing customers, logistics, payroll, profit & lossExperience in scheduling/managing routes for a team or relatable skillStrong customer service and communication skillsPrior experience as a fire protection technician is ideal Strong organization and time managementThe ideal candidate will have a mix of technical fire protection knowledge, management experience, and excellent customer service skills to lead 8-12 service team members.
