SUMMARY Senior Full Stack Developer will be skilled in hands-on development and some system architecture, this individual will serve as the lead for a small team. Senior Full Stack Developer will bring expertise in full-stack development and architecture, database administration (DBA), cloud technologies (AWS, S3, and microservices), and agile development practices, ensuring the successful execution of our projects. QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Technical Skills:8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with exposure to startup environments or fast-paced, iterative development teams.Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, or Flask).Experience in Python development (data-related).Hands-on experience with AWS services, including S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.Familiarity with microservices design, implementation, and management.Hands-on experience with MySQL or other relational databases, including DBA responsibilities.Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker preferred).Methodologies & Tools:Expertise in agile development methodologies.Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, etc...).Strong understanding of version control systems (Git preferred).Leadership:Experience mentoring and leading junior developers.Ability to provide technical direction and enforce best practices.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
