Luki Lab is an innovative toy company created by passionate toy creators. Luki Lab, a division of Strottman, produces and markets an exciting collection of award-winning toys and games. We are looking for a talented MarketingSpecialist to help in the execution of Luki Lab marketing programs across B2B and B2C initiatives. This role will is a critical position on the marketing team and reports to our VP of Marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesHands-on execution of marketing tactics to include (but not limited to) - B2B trade show planning and execution, B2B marketing communication including product catalogs, and Email newsletters, sell sheets, and other printed and digital collateral materialsResponsible for the coordination and delivery of marketing assets and materials to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they are completed accurately and on timeWork closely with Sales Operations Specialist on coordination and execution of B2B sales communication to regional sales reps and specialty toy retailersDevelop and monitor project timelines in coordination with other departments and external partners to ensure integration of marketing effortsWith guidance from the VP of Marketing, help manage relationships with external partners and agencies to support marketing initiativesDraft internal and external communications as needed including marketing copy for B2C and B2B materialsMaintain and update marketing information to be used by internal and external partners (e.g. copy library, asset folders for B2B specialty retailers, B2C and B2B price lists) and updating databases and systems to ensure data/asset accuracyOur ideal CandidateYou are high energy and thrive in a very fast-paced environmentYou are positive, adaptable, solution-oriented with a can-do attitudeYou are self-motivatedYou are a doerYou are proactivePosition RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related and a minimum of 4+ years of B2B and B2C marketing experienceProven experience in marketing operations or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environmentAgency account management experience a plusHighly detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with strong follow-upExcellent project management and execution skills are a mustExceptional written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build solid collaborative relationshipsProficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
