Wellesley Information Services - SAPinsider | Chelmsford MA - Global Headquarters The RoleThe ideal candidate is a self-sufficient, human capital and office management coordinator, responsible for delivering all human resource policies, procedures and programs across the Company. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a strong understanding of all aspects of HR and Office operations and programs. Wellesley is a 75-person team of global employees. This role is a new role for the Company, and as such, we are looking for an HR and Office management coordinator who will roll up their sleeves as an individual contributor leading from the front. Part-time candidates and parent's hours flexibility will be considered for the right candidate.The Human Resource Coordinator reports directly to the Global VP & Controller.Specific Responsibilities include: Employee HR, Payroll & Benefits AdministrationManage all day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, benefits and payroll.Manage the HR 3rd party PBM provider Co-Advantage.Manage payroll processing and record keeping.Manage the annual Benefits review and recommendation process assuring the maximum benefit portfolio for all employees within budget realities.Manage all aspects of employee files and records on the Company Intranet and HR systems, assuring that all information is accurate and compliant with legal regulations and document retention policies.Manage the annual employee performance review program and conduct performance management training for all Managers within the company.Create and distribute all internal communications regarding changes in benefits or policies, employee notices and compliance with applicable laws.Manage all information and guidance to employees with respect to policies, employee handbook, procedures, health plans, conduct, grievances and any other employee relations matters.Employee Recruitment, Retention & On-Boarding ProcessesManage the Linked In and other HR recruitment platforms and processes.Manage the Company HR website pages building a showcase of Employee Value Propositions and Testimonials.Manage the company Glassdoor website pages and provide a continuous improvement program enhancing the Companies HR persona to the marketplace.Work with each Manager to develop their annual staffing plans, training goals and strategies needed to assure successful new hire onboarding.Coordinate hiring process among various stakeholders including elements of: job postings, liaison with recruitment websites, interviewing, applicant tracking, salary and offer letter administration.Advise all Managers on hiring, training, and performance management policies and procedures and support them with all other personnel matters.Office ManagementManage all landlord relations and office support services.Support finance in processing all billings, expenses and invoicing as required.Manage all office supply inventory and replenishment.Schedule and coordinate all visitors office experiences.Schedule and coordinate all office food and beverage.Manage travel and support for all employees and visitors to the office.An ideal candidate will possess:Passion for hands on day-to-day HR management.Desires a career in HR and Personnel Management.Strong knowledge of benefits administration, healthcare plans, payroll systems.Knowledge of candidate recruitment practices.Experience in administering a simple but comprehensive annual employee performance review program to develop talent.Experience with managing an HR employee website and social media posting.Strong administrative skills including phone, records keeping, document processing and spreadsheet systems.Direct office management experience.Exceptional speaking, writing and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills.CompensationThe ideal candidate enjoys a competitive base salary of $57,500 and annual performance bonus of up to 10% based on performance.
