Regional Property Manager

We focus on providing our customers with a "best in class" experience through investing in new technologies, services, and amenities. We are looking to bring on a Property Manager all-star to be a part of our growth in this region.Job Description:The Regional Property Manager ("RPM") is a crucial position within Outrig, as this role will be the main oversight of a few of our existing locations. The RPM will be the responsible party for managing onsite vendors, curb appeal and working with the other Outrig team members to deliver on monthly and yearly budgets.Job Responsibilities:Answer emails from customers inquiring about Boat and RV storage rates and process move-ins and credit card paymentsWork closely with our centralized sales team, that field all Outrig calls, to onboard new tenantsWeekly on-site auditsRespond to reviews within 48 hours of being posted onlineUnderstand customer needs and cross sell into appropriate facilities throughout the portfolio, if applicableUnderstand the benefits of an Outrig property versus other competing properties (amenities, pricing, etc.)Act fiscally and morally responsible while collecting customer data to process contracts, payments and updating customer profilesCustomer contract management including processing payments, facilitating collections attempts and refundsDeposit rents either via remote deposit or in a bank branch locationKeep the facility clean and welcoming for tenants, while communicating to management any facility needs that need to be addressedCompleting daily, weekly and monthly checklists as neededManage 3rd party contractors to ensure property is best-in classManage onsite temporary signage to ensure any banners are getting rotated and messaging is not getting staleDirect customers to our onsite service and repair locations, where necessaryJob Requirements:Previous property management experience is required (2+ years is preferred)Prior experience with software platforms StorEDGE, Sitelink, or other storage operating systems is a plusGood data entry skills and attention to detailAbility to commute between various locations you manageAbility to multitask between phone conversations and computer programsAbility to travel, when necessaryA positive and resilient attitudeA team player that can wear multiple hatsWhat Outrig Can Provide You:Competitive Compensation: Salary + Annual BonusCompany Benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental)Paid HolidaysPaid Time OffOpportunity for growth within the companyJob Type: Full-time (8am - 5pm MST, Monday - Friday)
