We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead and manage key initiatives, including integrations with second and third parties, the Access Control feature of our management software, onboarding storage properties to our platform, migration tools, and the Nectar/Dev Portal ecosystem. This is an in-office role located in Newport Beach, CA.What you'll do:Key Responsibilities:Integrations with Second and Third PartiesStrategize and Develop: Lead the product roadmap for integrating third-party applications with Tenant Inc.'s ecosystem, focusing on seamless data flow and customer usability.Collaboration: Work with engineering and partnerships teams to identify integration opportunities and ensure compatibility with external APIs and services.Customer-Centric Focus: Understand operator needs to prioritize integration features that add the most value.ResourcesControl Feature of the Management SoftwareFeature Ownership: Define the vision, requirements, and roadmap for the Access Control feature, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with the management software.Enhance Security: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build features that improve property security, user management, and access tracking.User Experience: Prioritize intuitive, user-friendly designs that operators and tenants can easily adopt.Onboarding Storage PropertiesPlatform Transition: Manage the onboarding process for new storage properties onto the Tenant Management Software, Tenant Data Warehouse and E-commerce Platform.Tool Development: Design and improve onboarding tools to simplify the migration of properties, ensuring operators have a smooth and efficient experience.Customer Success: Partner with customer support and operations teams to deliver a stellar onboarding journey.Migration and Validation ToolsData Management: Oversee the development and implementation of tools that facilitate data migration and validation when onboarding customers.Error-Free Migrations: Collaborate with engineering to minimize data inconsistencies and ensure robust migration processes.Customer Assurance: Develop processes that guarantee high-quality data validation and seamless adoption.Nectar and Dev Portal Product ManagementProduct Vision: Drive the strategy and roadmap for Nectar, Tenant Inc.'s GDS, and Developer Portal to enhance developer engagement and expand API capabilities.Third-Party Enablement: Focus on tools and documentation that help third parties build and integrate solutions within Tenant's ecosystem.Metrics-Driven: Analyze user engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and adoption.Resourcesyou'll need:ExperienceMinimum of 3-5 years in product management, ideally in SaaS, integrations, or property management technology.Technical ExpertiseStrong understanding of APIs, integrations, data migration methodologies, and solid technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with Product/Engineering teams on requirements, implementation, and troubleshooting.Leadership & CollaborationProven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and apply Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and Lean Product Development for iterative delivery and continuous feedback.Analytical SkillsExcellent problem-solving and data analysis capabilities, with a track record of data-driven decision-making and roadmap prioritization.User Advocacy & CommunicationStrong focus on customer needs to ensure features deliver measurable value, paired with outstanding verbal and written communication skills to present insights and updates to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.EducationBachelor's degree in a related field required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.What we want you to show us:Demonstrated track record of diving deep and mastering complex product spacesDemonstrated track record of turning complex requirements into simple iterative value roadmapsDemonstrated ability to own a product space and drive progress and decisions bring stakeholders along for the rideDemonstrated history of taking ownership.
