They are the truest expression of humanity and of creativity and, as such, are fundamental to us.Who you are: The Windows Display Manager is responsible for supporting all Window Concept and Design for our North American doors. In partnership with the Director of Windows, the Windows Display Manager will directly support the planning, execution, production, and management for our Monobrand, Wholesale, and BPS locations. The Windows Display Manager will work in partnership with domestic and international offices to ensure consistent visual messaging across all geographic doors.What You'll Do:Plan, organize, schedule all window activations from beginning to endProduce partial/all window displays in North AmericaInterpret drawings and revisions, submit bids to manufacturers, oversee production, track shipments and manage installations/breakdownsRecycle and schedule prop retention, storage and redistributionConcept, render, source, present and execute select interior design/exterior projectsUpdate imagery including new orders, creation, sourcing, vendor bids and selection for institutional and vintage imagesManage props storage, ordering, shipment tracking, inventory and sourcingKeep office presentation up to date including plants, floral, imagery and prop refresh for NY, LA, and Toronto OfficesPlan and implement any off-site events with PR/MarketingAssist in showroom setups for Men's and Women's (FW, SS, PF, PF), Press Day, and ad hoc projectsPlan 4-6 capsule and "world of" presentations throughout our Outpost Activations including Neiman Marcus, Saks, and Specialty LocationsMeet Departmental deadlines and photo submission guidelines Additional tasks as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred6-8 years' experience in window display and/or visual merchandising, preferably within wholesale, retail, and outlet luxury apparel industry Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular and repeated basis without assistanceAble to travel domestic and internationallyAbility to prioritize multiple projects effectively to deliver timely and impactful results.Thrive on working collaboratively with team members across the company.Adaptable and comfortable with change.Convey positive can-do attitude towards tackling problems.Ability to seek feedback and seek other points-of-view while maintaining confident direction.Team player who can thrive in a relationship driven environment.Passionate, driven, and motivated by product.Strong computer skills, specifically MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.) and Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup and/or other rendering programsAbility to work in a growing and entrepreneurial team environment.EEOCBrunello Cucinelli is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.As required by New York City salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000-$95,000. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
